We're confident you'll love our products. But, just in case something isn't right we offer a 30-day returns policy. To return a product, give us an email at hello@odd-outdoors.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
Items will need to be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. If the item is returned without packaging or deemed unfit by our team we reserve the right to deny your refund.You can always contact us for any return question at hello@odd-outdoors.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll send you a return shipping label for free which will need to be attached to your item before sending.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
