These mudguards are thick! Robustness is the main issue with mudguards, most are flimsy, easily bent out of shape and prone to snapping. So we made ours out 1.2mm thick polypropylene that has incredible durability and flicks back to shape when deformed.
Our custom shape is longer and wider than most mudguards with additional material protecting the forks seals. We recommend using the 4 reusable zip-ties provided to allow for removal during service.
As with all our products each mudguard is produced in the UK, keeping business local and minimising unnecessary emissions from shipping around the globe. Also all excess material from production is recycled back into our supply chain meaning no material is wasted.
